Quality of life is a reference to the well-being of a patient, a concept often applied when an assessment of an elderly is made. There are 3 major components of the quality of life: health: diseases and body functions socioeconomic status functional status: physical, social, mental and sexual behavior, daily activities, achievements, and disabilities.
